Professional instruction is not simply presenting information while learners listen. Strong instructors create conditions in which learners participate, question, think, discuss, practice, solve problems, and connect learning to professional application.

FDTEC has developed professional instructors since 1999. Today, FDTEC Certified Instructor™ helps qualified professionals translate subject expertise into effective instruction, coaching, facilitation, and knowledge transfer.
