Microsoft Instructional Skills Were the Starting Point. The Professional Opportunity Is Bigger Now.

A professional may understand cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, AI, software, or another technical discipline at a very high level and still need to develop the capability to teach that expertise effectively.
That need now reaches far beyond one vendor, one technology ecosystem, or one instructor title

Instructional skills remain important. Professional instructor capability is the larger objective.
Professional Instruction Is a System of Integrated Capabilities.
Effective instruction does not come from one presentation technique or one classroom skill. It comes from a connected set of professional capabilities working together.
