Professional Instructor Certification Sydney

Your Professional Opportunity Is Bigger Now.

Build a Professional Capability That Goes Far Beyond One Platform.

The Next Evolution of Professional Instructor Development™

Cross-Platform. Cross-Industry. Professional Instructor Certification Is Here.

Sydney technology and industry experts can turn subject-matter expertise into a portable professional capability: helping other people understand, retain and apply knowledge. FDTEC Certified Instructor™ (FCI) is designed for professionals who want instructional capability that travels across employers, technologies and industries.

From Technical Expertise to Professional Instruction

Expertise alone does not guarantee effective knowledge transfer. Professional instructors communicate clearly, listen actively, facilitate discussion, ask productive questions, coach, provide feedback, adapt to learners, manage challenging situations and solve problems while maintaining executive presence.

FCI develops 15 core competencies: Communication, Active Listening, Facilitation, Emotional Intelligence, Presentation, Questioning, Classroom Management, Conflict Resolution, Executive Presence, Coaching, Feedback, Adaptability, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Knowledge Transfer.

Who Can Qualify?

Candidates qualify through one accepted pathway: a recognized technical, industry, professional or occupational certification; at least one year of relevant professional experience; or employer verification of relevant expertise.

Choose Your FCI Path

Standard FCI — Self-Paced: $1,497. FCI Capstone Verified — Self-Paced: $2,497. Organizational delivery is available through Virtual Live at $3,297 and In-Person at $4,597 with a five-participant minimum.

The assessment includes 50 questions, a two-hour window, multiple attempts and a 75% passing score. Successful candidates receive a digital certificate and credential record with Credential ID, Issue Date, Review Date, Status and Verification URL. FCI validity is 36 months with no additional yearly FDTEC program fee.

Why Sydney Professionals Build Portable Capability

Professional instruction can support career flexibility, remote and virtual delivery, consulting, geographic mobility, additional client markets and greater control over how expertise is monetized. The capability is relevant across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, software, healthcare, government, education, sales and professional services.

FDTEC has developed professional instructors since 1999. Today the opportunity is broader than any single vendor program: build the capability to transfer knowledge wherever your expertise creates value.
