Microsoft Certified Trainer • Professional Instructor Development

For years, professionals searched for the Microsoft Certified Trainer list because MCT represented technical credibility, instructional authority, and membership in Microsoft's professional trainer community.

The Microsoft MCT pathway has changed. The professional need for people who can teach, explain, facilitate, coach, influence, and transfer expertise has not. Today's cross-platform, cross-functional workplace makes those capabilities more valuable than ever.

The Microsoft Certified Trainer community represents professionals who participate in Microsoft's trainer ecosystem and teach Microsoft technologies.

For many years, earning MCT status represented an important step for Microsoft-certified professionals who wanted to extend their technical expertise into professional instruction.

But the larger career opportunity has always been bigger than being listed as a trainer for one technology company.

The real professional asset is the capability to explain what you know, help others understand it, and transfer expertise effectively.

If you found FDTEC while searching for the Microsoft Certified Trainer list, you are in the right place. FDTEC helped professionals develop MCT instructional capability for more than two decades. Today, we have taken that experience forward.

FDTEC Helped Build Professional Instructor Capability for More Than Two Decades.

Fourth Dimension Technologies, Inc. began developing professional instructors in 1999 and became the longest-serving provider of MCT instructional-skills certification before Microsoft moved the program in-house.

That history matters because FDTEC spent more than two decades working with professionals who already knew the technology and wanted to become better instructors, presenters, facilitators, coaches, and knowledge-transfer professionals.

We understand the difference between knowing the technology and teaching the technology.

What If Your Professional Instructor Capability Could Go Anywhere Your Career Goes?

Your ability to communicate, facilitate, coach, solve problems, develop people, and transfer knowledge can move with you through all of it.

Develop professional instructor capability that can move across Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, healthcare technology, data, software, and other ecosystems.

Apply those capabilities across training, consulting, customer enablement, implementation, leadership, sales, operations, government, healthcare, and workforce development.

Move beyond presenting information toward creating understanding, retention, application, capability, and performance.

Your Career Opportunity Is Larger Than One Directory, Badge, Platform, or Job Title.
