MCT Program changes

MCT Program Team.

Fourth Dimension Technologies, Inc is a provider of Microsoft Instructional Skills Certification. We have advocated for years that individuals that hold Microsoft certifications should leverage their skills to become Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT).

Our reasoning is based on close to 25 years of experience. We have also been active in a number of sectors within the IT community. During the meltdown of 2008-2009 IT budgets were slashed across a number of sectors, including training. However, while Administrators, Network Engineers, and others found themselves out of work, MCT’s saw a dip in daily rates, though they remained employed.

Here is our suggestion for holders of MOS certification that are not currently Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). Consider upskilling to the Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification. The skills measured here include a good deal of excel and you will be a fish in familiar water It is also helpful that Data Analytics and Data Science jobs have a growth rate of 31% with a global shortage of 3 Million jobs. We encourage each reader of this article that qualifies to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). It is by far the best hedge against disruption in the tech market.
