Refund and Returns  Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, Microsoft must reject our Certificate of Completion and you must have a qualifying Microsoft Certification for MCT Program Entry..

All of our products are delivered online, in-person or through self-study courses. Any courseware, materials, and or supplement products that we provide, is the students to keep.

Terms of Refunds

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, document or statement from Microsoft explaining why you were rejected.

and proof that you passed the Microsoft underlying qualifying exam for MCT consideration before submitting your Certificate of Completion from Fourth Dimension Technologies, Inc.

Please do not send your purchase back to Fourth Dimension. They are yours to keep.

Full refunds are granted on our products and services. We do not provide partial refunds.

Refunds are not granted after

Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery or download.

Once your claim is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive a refund in 30 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Regular priced and sales items may be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fdtec.co

There is no need to return product. We will either replace product via a digital download or provide refund based on the policy spelled out in this document.
